Always reliable, great features
I've been using Vitals for over a year now across a few stores, mostly for their Product Bundles and the Sticky Add to Cart. This last time I added the app to a new shop, and it was the same smooth setup as before. All the core features, like the Currency Converter and Trust Badges, just work. Good to see that consistency. It always makes launching a new store a bit less stressful knowing this part is handled.
Good value, minor speed impact
I signed up for Vitals about a month ago, mainly for the Photo Reviews and the upsell builder. Getting it integrated with my Shopify store was straightforward, and the features started working as expected pretty quickly. The sheer number of tools included for the price is impressive, definitely good value compared to piecing together a bunch of individual apps. My only slight critique is that I did notice a very minor dip in page load speed, especially on mobile, after activating a few of the more dynamic features. It's not a deal-breaker, but something to monitor if you're super focused on Lighthouse scores. Customer support was responsive when I had a question about the Review Importer, which was a plus.
Helped my store out
So I was looking for something to help my little online store, and a friend told me about Vitals. I tried out the 30-day free trial. I mostly used the Product Reviews and the Sales Pop feature. Installing it was pretty easy, didn't really need to mess with anything. Saw a little bump in sales, which was cool. Definitely worth checking out if you're on Shopify. It just made things feel a bit more professional.
